For logos and other custom designs we charge a $45 file set up fee for design & layout, typesetting and cleaning up artwork prior to digitizing. This is typically a one time initial charge per logo. For complex or difficult designs that need extra love and attention, we charge $50 an hour for design time after the first 1/2 hour which we include for free.

It is preferred that any type of logo is provided in VECTOR format so that digitizing is done well and also done quickly. If you are unable to provide this format, there may be an extra charge to have it vectorized.

Embroidery Prices

Prices will vary depending on the stitch count and complexity of your design and other factors such as fabric and placement, but generally are:

Names : $7.50 one name, 10 characters

Small Designs : $9.50 - $15 (approx. 4”)

Medium Designs : $15 - $25 (approx. 4-8”)

Large Designs: $25 & Up

Large Lettering: $15 & Up

Odd locations or difficult to hoop: We may add an extra charge if the desired location for stitching is difficult to hoop.

Unique/Large Items:  These start at a minimum charge of $25 due to size.  Any unique item will need to be assessed for area to stitch on before a quote can be provided. For reference, a medium sized design could be around $25 and large designs around $50. **We cannot embroider items such as golf bags and items with open mesh. 

CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ITEMS: We charge an additional fee to do embroidery on your personal items. These items will need to be assessed as to whether or not your item can even be embroidered before a quote can be provided.
     Additional fee for customer-supplied items:
          1-5 = add 75% to regular cost, minimum $10 ea.
          6-24 = add 50%
          25-49 = add 25%
          50 or more = negotiable, depending on job

ICE DYE GARMENTS: Ice Dyed sweatshirts have a starting price at $40 before any decoration is added.

Estimates will be sent to you for approval before invoicing is finalized. We accept Credit Card and Venmo with a 3% service charge. If you would rather pay with cash or check there is no service charge.
